Founder, Diane Gasaway, has over 20 years of experience in benefits administration, benefit interpretation and patient claims resolutions. That experience comes from AT&T / Lucent Technologies as a liaison for employees and the benefits providers in employee claim resolution and over 7 years of experience in a large specialty doctors office, resolving claims and helping patients better understand their policies and resolve claim issues. A skilled presenter and educator, she is equally comfortable before a large group or with individual learning sessions.
Our Senior Claims Resolution Specialist has over 10 years of experience in claims filing, appeals and claims resolution working with a wide variety of patients. Her passion for follow up with insurance companies has earned her the nickname of “bulldog”.
