Ongoing Claims Resolution: If you are dealing with an ongoing medical condition and need to focus on other things, we will take over the management of your health care claims. We will organize, audit and resolve outstanding billing and claims issues and will continue with Claims Resolutions as long as necessary.
Personal Patient / Claims Advocate: This service allows you to have Medical Claims Resolutions on your staff as your Personal Patient / Claims Advocate. You have access to our professionals who will be a resourse for you. We'll answer questions on your individual insuarance plan coverage, general insurance terminology and help with simple claims resolutions.
