Q. How much will it cost to get help with my insurance claims?
A.  There is a free consultation and the cost of services will depend upon what level of service you decide is needed.  We will bill you hourly for some services and cost will depend on the complexity of the claim and the number of hours spent working for you.  For other services, there wil be a monthly fee.

Q. How do I get started?
A.  Send an e-mail explaining your need or e-mail to schedule your free consultation.  After our discussion, you will know if we can be of service for you.

Q.  I can't get my insurance company to help me.  What can you do?
A.  After years of experience working with insurance companies as a medical claims advocate, we understand their language and processes.

Q.  Do you sell insurance?
A.  No.   We are not affiliated with any insurance company.

Q.  My provider says they submitted the paperwork properly, but the claim was denied.  Is there anything you can do?
A.   Possibly.  This is a common problem and the medical provider may not have the time, resourses or knowledge to know what went wrong and how to fix it.  We can investigate for you.

Q.  What if you can't help me?
A.   If we can't help you, we will refer you to other agencies or social service organizations that may be able to help you.  However, in some cases you may decide that retaining an attorney is appropriate.

Q.  Does is matter where I am or where the medical service was provided?
A.  We can help with caims where services were provided in the United States.  Everything can be handled by e-mail, fax, US mail, Federal Express, or by the phone, so geography is not a problem.

Q.  I have to sign anything?
A.  You will be asked to sign a service contract and an authorization to release information.
